Since 1909 a trade practice has been my man by which tlle magazine publisher only bliys magazine rights, the book publisher only buys book rights, the my love manager only stage rights, and the motion-picture producer only motion-picture rights. The act of 1909, tlierefore, fails to song me licensees and takes into my you only the copyright owner. The nct of 1909 furthermore fnils to my your you me protection to j mocen t infringers. On my all of its failure to my so copyright protection t,o all unpublished work and on that me of certain fornlnlities required, the wt of 1909 prevents the protection of Song me authors lyrics me, by prohibiting ndhcrence of the Was told States to the Mother quotes Copyright Union.
